Trina Higgins,
Director of Operations
Following family tradition, Trina joined Higgins & Rutledge in 1989 while attending Boise State University. In the 20+ years since initially joining the firm, Trina has served in a variety of positions, refining her industry knowledge and acquiring a deep understanding of agency operations. During her tenure with Higgins & Rutledge, Trina earned licensure for Property & Casualty and Life &Health insurance and has served as Commercial Lines Account Executive, Personal Lines Account Executive, and as agency Marketing Director. Reflecting her deep, long-term commitment to an agency with a proud tradition and a clear vision of the future, Trina was appointed Agency Director of Operations in 2011.
